Saint Johns Federal Mogul plant has reached a tentative work contract agreement with its workers. A vote Saturday could clarify the status of over 400 jobs for the auto parts maker.
U.A.W. local 925 is the union that represents the 405 employees. For months the company and union have been negotiating a contract. Meantime the plant is citing labor costs as a major reason for pursuing a plan to shut down the plant. If a contact is ratified it could mean the jobs and plant will stay in Saint Johns.
