The Lansing Township Board of Trustees unanimously denied a request Tuesday night by Sparty's to have topless activity.
The board primarily denied it based on a zoning ordinance. The ordinance says, "Eating and drinking establishments can have entertainment, but the entertainment must be fully-clothed."
Pat Gallagher, an attorney for the club's owner, says they will appeal the board's decision.
