The UAW says 73 percent of MotorCity Casino workers voted in favor of a new, four-year contract.
The agreement includes a 4-percent pay hike each year of the pact and a $1,000 upfront bonus for all workers at the Detroit casino.
United Auto Workers vice president Jimmy Settles says in a release that good paying union jobs are a key part of Detroit's growing gambling industry.
About 2,000 MotorCity workers are represented by the unions that make up the Detroit Casino Council.
Health care coverage is maintained and dental coverage is improved for current employees under the new agreement.
The union says negotiations with MGM Grand Detroit and Greektown casinos are continuing.
