The Eastwood Towne Center was booming this weekend, just two days after the Lansing-area mall opened.
Not all the stores and restaurants are open yet, and not all the parking is finished, but that didn't stop thousands of people from checking out the new mall in Lansing Township.
Mall managers also report shoppers from as far away as Grand Rapids and Flint came by.
