The owners of a pit bull that attacked a little girl in Jackson county will face a jury. A judge decided Wednesday there is enough evidence to send Brian Nace and his girlfriend, Jasmine Bailey to trial on felony charges of possessing a dangerous animal that caused serious harm.
Six-year-old Tyah Norris was attacked by three pit bulls at Nace's home in Blackman township in late August--- causing serious facial injuries that required more than 500 stitches.
News 10 was there as the judge made the decision Wednesday. We'll have more on this story tonight on at 6pm.
