Fire breaks out at a Lansing Board of Water and Light cooling plant.
It happened Thursday morning at the Eckert station shortly after 3 a.m.
It took fire crews about three hours to put out the fire.
Water was seen pouring out of a hole where flames burned through the tower.
No one was hurt.
Fire crews have ruled out arson as a cause. They are still investigating.
