Kayden doesn't need help using his walker. He's got it.
Kayden was born with a birth defect called Omhalocele, which means his intestines and other organs were born outside his body. His umbilical cord was wrapped around his legs and feet during the pregnancy, which also caused some deformities.
After undergoing two abdominal surgeries - one a few days after birth and the other in April 2013 - Kayden had his right foot and left leg amputated in January.
Kayden's first steps with the walker were a little challenging. He nearly falls on his side. But, with little concern, he presses on and began to get the hang of it. Check it out in the video above.
