Last night on Jeopardy, the final clue was in the category of "Science and Industry". The question was “In 1891, this European said, ‘Perhaps my factories will put an end to war sooner than your Congresses.’”
The correct name that they were looking for was Alfred Nobel, of the Nobel Awards fame. Contestant Ari Voukydis didn't know the answer, and so he decided to have some fun with his guess.
