NEW YORK -- Donald Trump says he's not running for president.
The reality TV star said in a statement Monday that he won't seek the Republican nomination.
He made his announcement as NBC rolled out its fall lineup. The network is home to Trump's television show, "The Celebrity Apprentice."
Trump has been flirting with a presidential bid for months, traveling to early primary states like New Hampshire, and heckling President Barack Obama from afar.
He is the second Republican in a matter of days to say no to a White House run. Mike Huckabee announced Saturday that he wouldn't seek the presidency.

He would not of been able to do the job. Many there now are doing a bad job as it is.The ones in charge have to much money, came from money, and plan on always having money. They only know money. So have no real clue about many things. They think they are all there is to worry about, themselves. Not the way to run a country. They cared less as JOBS went over seas.It made those business people so rich with cheap labor and less to pay out on the people working. Now we have a country with Millions jobless and they rich want to take from us more.Get rid of us so to speak. It was not our fault jobs left.So why should millions suffer?Government needs to get real people in it.People who are not puppets to the rich.

I think it would have been interestig if he had have ran. His style is a smooth as a cobblestone road, but he probably would have reduced spending a bunch and upset the lobby people. Something has to give. Way too many free loading companies getting exempted from paying taxes due to boatloads of money being slid under the door of the politicians offices. Thank You. Ricardo

His appearance at the national press corps dinner a few weeks ago made it pretty clear that the guy has no sense of humor and can't take criticism -- qualities necessary to survive the process.

Why is it that when its time to put the rubber to the road, people like Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck who already know everything are nowhere to be found?

Anyone who thought about this man for “prez” should rethink voting; it is a right but there is an expectation that you are actually thinking.
