Texas based live-shot.com currently lets people aim and shoot a real .22 caliber rifle with the use of their computer and mouse. Eventually, they want to allow for real hunting through the computer.
Michigan State Representative Glenn Steil (R-Cascade Township) has proposed legislation which would prevent anyone from setting up such a hunting website in Michigan. He says they can't control what people do in other states... of it people log onto those sites from here... but, he says he doesn't want to see that type of business based in Michigan.
His bill has passed the state house and is on it's way to the state senate.
