Heather Henderson was 18 years old when she died of a rare form of cancer. She spent more than 200 days in the hospital before she passed away... and according to her nurses and family... smiled during even the worst days.

Now, her mother Linda and the rest of Heather's family march in the Grand Ledge 'Relay for Life' to benefit cancer research. Unfortunately, severe rain has been threatening the event. Friday night, lightening forced participants inside for nearly an hour until the rain subsided.

LInda - who herself has just finished treatment for breast cancer - says the support is there whether they are inside or outdoors... and that Heather appreciates that support.
