Woman Robbed, Assaulted in Downtown Lansing Parking Ramp

A woman was sexually assaulted then robbed in a downtown Lansing parking ramp Wednesday afternoon.

The attack on the 50-year-old occurred in the North Grand Ramp at 200 North Grand Avenue at about 4PM.

Police say the victim told them she was going to her car when she was approached by a man. She says the man pushed her down to the ground and demanded money.

She says the attacker then ran his hand through her pockets taking money and property while sexually assaulting her through her pockets.

The victim says the attacker then ran away. The woman went to a nearby bank and reported the assault.

The attacker is described as a black make in his early 20's and clean cut. He was wearing a white-pink top and white shorts.
