Neighborhood Crime Watch

First up tonight,, a knock on the door results in a crime report to the Jackson Police Department.
It happened in the two-hundred block of Steward when and elderly resident answered the door, and was met by a thief who pushed her down,, entered the home, and stole the victim's purse.
The Clinton County Sheriff's Office is working a couple of breaking and enterings in the southwest corner of the county.
One on Grand River, and another on South Hinman.
Doors were kicked open,, T-V's and jewelry were among the items taken.
The Eaton County Sheriff's Office also reports a number of breaking and enterings lately.
In the 33-hundred block of Narrow Lake Road a thief used a tire iron to bust open a home's back door.
Stolen was the entire drawer from the victim's night stand containing a lot of jewelry.
Then in the nine-thousand block of Nixon road, someone kicked in the side door of a home there, and made off with jewerly,, and a laptop computer.
Some crooks appear to be doing a little pre-Christmas stealing, Eaton deputies took a breaking and entering report from the two-hundred block of Harriett,, stolen were.. a Play Station 3, an X-Box, a Macbook computer, and several i-Pods.
The back door of that home was unlocked.
Similar items were stolen from a home in Ingham county's Delhi Township, the 25-hundred block of Hummingbird.
The sheriff's office says someone entered a home there and stole a Nintendo Wii, a Playstation Three, D-V-D's and video games.
Finally, Ingham county sheriff's deputies were called to the bingo hall parking lot at 24-95 Cedar street for a vehicle theft.
Stolen was a 1994 Chrysler four door,, the owner admits to leaving the keys in the ignition.
