Man Shot in Leg; Police Investigating

Lansing Police are investigating a possible shooting from Wednesday night, but are being hampered by the two possible victims who are being uncooperative, and have inconsistencies in their statements.

The first victim, a 26-year-old man, was found inside a parked car on the 200 block of North Capitol around 8:30 p.m.

The victim had an apparent gunshot wound to his upper leg, and was taken to the hospital with a non-life threatening injury.

The second victim a 22-year-old man, arrived at a different hospital around 9 p.m., with an apparent gunshot wound to the lower part of his left leg.

Police say he was with the first victim during the shooting.
Investigators are working to identify the location of the shooting and possible suspects.
