A man from Albion is facing charges after police say he threatened to poison the city's water supply.
The Calhoun County's Sheriff's Office tells us the 33-year-old made the threat because he was upset about a court case involving child custody issues. Investigators say the man also threatened to harm judges and their families and posted the threats on a Calhoun County commissioner's Facebook page Tuesday.
The man was located and arrested. He told investigators he was frustrated and had no intention of carrying the threats out. A warrant is being sought for making terroristic threats.
