Man and woman suspected in a string of armed robberies at gas stations.

Edward Goforth, 24, and Shyeta Wilson, 25, charged with multiple weapons felonies in connection to several area armed robberies.

The suspects in a string of armed robberies have waived their right to a preliminary hearing and will stand trial. Edward Goforth and Shyeta Wilson were arrested two weeks ago and charged with several weapons felonies. Goforth is also facing armed robbery charges. They were arrested following a hold-up at the Admiral gas station on Saginaw Highway in Bath Township on October 4. Lansing and Lansing Township police tracked them down 25 minutes later. Investigators think they also robbed at least two other gas stations. They're due back in court October 30. is happy to provide a forum for commenting and discussion.
