I was born and raised in Jackson. It use to be a nice town to live in, but now I'm almost afraid to smile at anyone because I don't know what kind of a reaction I will receive. So many angry people in this town, world.

I heard some bank is giving away a free home in Jackson. That's basically what they have to do to get someone to live there. The crime rate is through the roof and the unemployment rate is among the worst in the state if not the entire country.

You can tell how violent people can be by looking at the local police, sherrif and court houses. Mason court house and some of the other small township offices have protective barriers while the City of Jackson, the Jackson court house and the sherriff office has bullet proof glass up everywhere.
