Tonight's News Ten Neighborhood Crime Watch chronicles a busy stretch of crime reports for the Ingham County Sheriff's Office.
Over the weekend, deputies responded to the five-thousand block of east M-106 in Stockbridge Township, where a homeowner reports two kayaks stolen from their front yard,, near a pond.
In Locke Township, a thief stole power equipment from a pole barn in the 41-hundred block of Moyer road.
In the seven-hundred block of Frost Road,, in Wheatfield Township,, there was a complaint of a vehicle broken into, personal items were stolen from it, along with items from the homeowner's garage.
Ingham deputies were also on alert in Delhi Township, in the 19-hundred block of Phillips a sergeant located a person involved in a fight, and discovered that his backpack contained a portable meth lab, narcotics officers were then notified.
There was a home invasion report from a home in the four-thousand block of West Holt Road,, the victim's door was kicked in,, and a cell phone and two hundred dollars in cash were stolen.
Ingham deputies had some crime fighting success after a theft complaint in the 22-hundred block of North Vernon street in Delhi,, a resident reported a dirt bike stolen from the side of their house.
A tracking dog led deputies to the 44-hundred block of East Norwood, where the bike was located in the garage, and two juvenile subjects were taken into custody, with full confessions.
In Jackson, police sucessfully investigated a breaking and entering report at a home the one-thousand block of Maple street.
An officer was able to recover the stolen property from the home,,,, arrested two suspects, and was able to identify two others.
