The suspect in a Jackson homicide has surrendered to police. 17-year-old Kadeem Dennis White turned himself in without incident on Friday afternoon.
White is accused of shooting 21-year-old Benjamin Willard in what investigators suspect was a drug deal that went bad.
The shooting happened in an alley between Francis and Chittock Streets in Jackson.
