Neighborhood Crime Watch

Tonight's News Ten Neighborhood Crime Watch has the Eaton County Sheriff's office is busy with theft from vehicle complaints.
They have ten reports from last night and into this morning, in the Upton Woods, Fox Ridge and Pointwest areas.
A variety of items were stolen, including multiple GPS units and i-Pods, a digital camera, several bicycles,, money, and in one case an entire vehicle was stolen, a white 20-10 Chevy Suburban.
The Jackson Police Department responded to a larceny from vehicle complaint at Marrs Avenue Grill at 13-19 East Michigan Avenue.
One of the employee's vehicles was broken into,, electronics, jewelry, cash and other items were stolen.
The Ingham County Sheriff's Office is working several theft from vehicle reports.
In the one-hundred block of East Grand River in Webberville, a laptop computer was stolen.
In Whiteoak Township, the 44-hundred block of Glencoe Crive, medication was taken from an unlocked vehicle parked there.
In Delhi Township, eighty dollars in cash and a GPS unit were stolen from a vehicle in the 44-hundred block of Daviland.
Also in Delhi,, a breaking and entering complaint from the owners of Brady's Lawn and Garden located at 13-50 North Cedar Street.
Someone broke out a rear window to the business and stole money from inside.

    I live in Broadbent Woods and mine and a few neighbors cars were ransacked. My husband goes to work at 5am and I believe we were the first to report because the sheriff didn't say anything about having a wide spread issue. We even could see the hand marks still in the dew of the morning. We have a very close neighborhood and everyone is on the lookout.
