A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man police say is the man caught on a surveillance camera stuffing a charity jug under his coat then walking out of a Charlotte service station. The wanted man is Michael Joseph Painter.
The money was intended to help pay transportation costs for a five-year-old leukemia patient who needs to travel from his home in Olivet to Grand Rapids for frequent treatments.
