Neighborhood Crime Watch

Tonight's News Ten Neighborhood Crime Watch begins in Jackson County's Summit Township.
The sheriff's office received a report of five vehicles gone thru by thieves, they were parked at homes in the 33-hundred and four-hundred block of Vrooman road.
G-P-S units, purses and radios were stolen from these unlocked vehicles.
Jackson Police responded to a breaking and entering in the five-hundred block of Steward.
The rear door of the home was kicked in,,, electronic equipment, money,, and jewelry was taken from that home.
Eaton County Sheriff's deputies were called to a salvage yard on Jefferson Street outside of Grand Ledge where nine cars burned on the lot last night.
Initially fire fighters thought it might be arson, however the owner told them earlier in the night he was using a torch to get tires off old cars, likely causing the fire.
