Jackson isn't that bad of town. Blair Park was recently cleaned up and I'm shocked that this is occuring again.

I went into Blair Park about 10 years ago when I was in college to meet a classmate and study for an exam. And believe me, if you drive in there with a clean, nice looking car and they know you aren't from around there, you will notice a lot of people watching you. You get the feeling you just drove into a prison complex. You couldn't pay me to go in that place again.

That's why I live in a small rural town. You couldn't pay me enought to move to the city. Any city!
