JACKSON - A man is shot from behind early Tuesday morning in Jackson. Jackson Police tell News 10 that the victim called them after he was shot at about 4:30am outside the Blair Park Apartments. The victim tells police that he was approached by two men, who asked for his help in changing a tire. The two men then displayed a handgun. At that point the victim ran. He was shot at multiple times, and struck once. Police were unable to locate any suspects. The victim, who is a 30-year-old man from Ann Arbor, was taken to Allegiance Hospital. Police tell us he is in serious condition, but is expected to recover.
