JACKSON - Almost two months after a man was shot in Jackson, police say they have arrested the gunman. Jackson Police say they located Dustin Marshall Monday evening at a home in the 900 block of Francis street Jackson, the very block where the shooting took place on July 5th. Inside the house they found three handguns and a small amount of marijuana.

Three other people were taken into custody at the home: a resident whom police expect to charge with harboring Marshall, a parole absconder, and a man wanted on a misdemeanor.

Marshall is accused of shooting a 26-year-old man multiple times. Within days the victim was released from the hospital.
