Neighborhood Crime Watch

Tonight's News Ten Neighborhood Crime Watch follows a couple of interesting crimes and arrests for Eaton County Sheriff's Deputies in Delta Township.
There was a report of a strong arm robbery at the Meijer store (5125) on West Saginaw Highway, the suspect fled and was seen running into the nearby Wash King Laundromat on (516) Elmwood Boulevard.
Deputies found him locked in the laundromat's bathroom.
Eaton deputies also responded to a case of retail fraud at GameStop (5451) On west saginaw highway.
The suspect reportedly resisted a deputy, so he tazed the suspect as he was charging forward.
The suspect then fell into the deputy with the tazer wires entangling the two, causing the deputy to get tazed along with the suspect.
The suspect recovered first and fled in a car.
That's when the sheriff's office began receiving reports of a reckless driver, and began tracking on those reports.
The suspect eventually lost a tire and was driving on a rim, which left cut marks in the pavement, they followed those to the suspect's apartment where he was seen running out the back, and was eventually arrested with the help of Lansing Police and Michigan State Police.
