Meridian Township police are investigating three robberies that took place in less than four hours Wednesday evening. The first one happened just before 7pm when two men assaulted a woman at the Glenwood Apartment Complex on Hagadorn Road. She wasn't hurt, but the men did take her money.

The next robbery came about two hours later. An employee at the Rite-Aid on Haslett Road tried to stop a man from stealing bottles of liquor. The man attacked him and got away in a silver Jeep. The employee's injuries are not serious.

The last robbery happened just after 10pm. A man claiming to have a gun held up the Subway on Okemos Road. He took cash from the register and took off in a gray four-door Chevy Impala.

Investigators aren't saying if the crimes are related. Call Meridian Township police if you have any information and stay with News 10 and wilx.com for more information as it becomes available.
