Authorities are investigating how hackers got into a local businesses' computer system.

A spokeswoman for Granger Corporation in DeWitt Township has confirmed the hacking to wilx.com.

It's not clear how much money the thieves stole from Granger's checking account. No customers accounts were hacked.

This can happen very easily with any company. They might be saying that it is an outside person to hide deception.

Sounds like an inside job to me. Someone hacks into Grangers computer and access the check book information and then prints themselves a check or two or three? Hmmm. Outside hacker..doubtful, inside thief? Most likely.
