A former attorney pleads guilty to embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from a veteran's estate.
Richard McQuillan of Jackson admitted to stealing about $800,000 from Robert Howard's estate, who died in 2006.
McQuillan was Howard's legal guardian for 25 years.
He'll be back in court for sentencing in mid-July.
Prosecutors will ask for prison time and restitution.
