News Ten Neighborhood Crime Watch


We begin tonight's News Ten Neighborhood Crime watch with a scam warning from the Ingham County Sheriff's Office.
They're asking citizens to be on the look out for a couple of shampoo-vaccum cleaner sales-people.
While one of the suspects distracts the homeowner, the other will enter an open garage, or unlocked vehicle, removing items of value.
The suspects are described as a black male, around 25 years old, five feet eleven, 160 pounds, light skin, and a small afro.
The second is a 23 year old black female, five foot four, and 160 pounds.
They've been seen driving a white van with a lot of rust on it.
Call 9-1-1 if you come in contact with these two.
Also from Ingham County's Delhi Township, sheriffs deputies tell us someone moved cars out of the Holt Auto Show Room in the 22-hundred block of Cedar.
Not far away in the 24 hundred block of Cedar someone broke into a vechile and stole a purse, cellphone, book bag, with school books inside.
Finally in Eaton County,, sheriff's deputies were called about a breaking and entering at Winan's Elementary School, at 56-01 West Michigan Avenue.
They found a classroom door forced open.
When the teacher arrived a laptop was missing, she also reported an intern had recently been let go there.
