Police Clerk Pot Bust

HOWELL, Mich. (AP) -- An ex-Ann Arbor police clerk has been sentenced to three years' probation for growing marijuana in her home.
Dawn Hamell pleaded guilty to delivering or manufacturing marijuana.
The 47-year-old woman's attorney says she and her husband grew the marijuana in their home about 45 miles west of Detroit for personal use, not for sale.
Fifty-nine-year-old William Hamell also pleaded guilty in Livingston County Circuit Court and was sentenced last month to probation.
Dawn Hamell says she was fired from her police job after her home was raided May 9.

Oh great. So I got 9 months probation, lost my license, was fined $1000 and had to do treatment for medicinal use? Guess it helps to pick-up a part-time job working as a file clerk for the police department.

A HARMLESS plant... I dont understand why alchol is legal, when it can cause so much more death and problems. Drink and drive you could crash and die. Smoke some marijuana and you jus want to relax and eat. But that's our closed minded white government. BTW to mary jane supports check out Barry Cooper and his Never Get Busted & Never Get Raided vids. Great info from a former cop. If this dosent get posted I see you too are closed minded and in support of laws that put harmeless ppl in places they dont belong. Peace.
