A 40-year-old Adrian Township woman accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy during a New Year's Eve party at her home has agreed to a plea agreement.

Rowe remains free on bond but under house arrest. Sentencing has been tentatively set for Sept. 9. pending a psychological evaluation.
