Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri are about to get socked again.
A second major winter storm is bearing down on the central Plains, and some areas could see upward of a foot of snow.
Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback has amended the state of emergency declaration he signed last week after Thursday's snow storm that left up to 18 inches of snow in some parts.
