Kind of like the person that sued Mcd's over the hot coffee she spilled on herself. I think she somehow won, though. I never even wash my car when the temps are around freezing or below because the doors freeze shut.

What a loser to sue over something so clear is at the top of ignorance just someone looking to get money for nothing good for the court.
