Winter like weather wiped out the first game Tuesday in Purdue's new baseball stadium. Weather has also postponed Michigan's Wednesday game at Eastern Michigan with no make up date determined. Michigan State is due to open at home at 3pm Friday against Oakland but the game is in doubt because snow covers Kobs Field and frost could be an issue on the field even if the snow melts by then. MSU has a 9-7 record.
