MSU Women Down Northwestern

Becca Mills scored 15 points and led Michigan State's women's basketball team to a sluggish 54-45 win in the Breslin Center Wednesday night over Northwestern. It was the Spartans' 19th straight win over the Wildcats. MSU led 27-25 and struggled to pull away until the final minutes. MSU isnow 20-6 and has won 20 games for the ninth straight season, one of 13 division one teams to have accomplished such a feat.
