Pistons Win At Charlotte

Greg Monroe had 19 points and 7 rebounds leading the Detroit Pistons to a 105-99 win at Charlotte over the Bobcats. It was the fourth straight win in Charlotte for Detroit. The Pistons are now 22-34 on the season and Charlotte falls to 13-41. The Pistons are now 7-18 on the road.
