Michigan State overcame a 20-18 halftime deficit and beat Minnesota 61-50 Wednesday night in men's Big Ten basketball at the Breslin Center. The Spartans only had five turnovers but struggled with their shooting before going on a 21-4 run early in the second half to put the game away. MSU coach Tom Izzo said after the game his team is beat up and needs to get healthier. MSU is 8-2 in the Big Ten, 19-4 overall and plays at Purdue at 7pm on Saturday.
