Send Calderon Won't Play Friday For Pistons

Newly acquired Detroit Pistons' point guard Jose Calderon is not expected to play in Friday night's home game against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Spanish born Calderon is having visa issues since arriving via trade from the Toronto Raptors. Calderon arrived at the Palace Friday and said he was happy to join the Pistons after eight seasons in Toronto and that this is simply the next phase of his career. No word on whether Calderon will play in Sunday's 1pm home game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
