Send MSU Baseball To Honor Yewcic at First Pitch Dinner

Michigan State will honor for player Tom Yewcic as its Alumnus of the Year when it hosts the 8th annual First Pitch Dinner on Sunday, February 3rd at Kellogg Center. Lansing native John Smoltz will serve as the keynote speaker. A record crowd of nearly 600 attended last year's dinner which honored Kirk Gibvson and Earl Morrall. Information from the MSU baseball office at 353-0816. Yewcic was a star catcher for MSU in 1953-54.
