Since he retired as Michigan State's hockey coach following the 2002 season, Ron Mason has been the college game's all time winningest coach with 924 victories. He got 635 during 23 seasons at Michigan State after coaching at Lake Superior State and then Bowling Green.
But Boston College's Jerry York has 923 wins with his team playing two games at Boston U., this weekend. If BC does not sweep, the Eagles can get York the record the following weekend in a two game series at Providence.
