Cal Fires Jeff Tedford

California Tuesday fired head football coach Jeff Tedford after a 3-9 season. The Bears lost their final five straight games and finished 2-5 in the PAC 12 Conference. Tedford is owed $6.9 million over the final three years of his contract. Job openings now exist at Kentucky, Tennessee and Western Michigan besides Cal.
