The Detroit Tigers reportedly have signed 37-year old free agent outfielder Torii Hunter to a two year $26 million contract pending a physical exam. Hunter hit .313 with the Los Angeles Angels last season with 16 home runs and 92 runs batted in. He has played in the major leagues for 14 seasons and won 9 gold gloves. He has played solely for the Angels and prior to them, the Minnesota Twins.
