Wisconsin announced Monday Danny O'Brien will be the Badgers' starting quarterback for the opening game September 1st against Northern Iowa. O'Brien has started the past two seasons at Maryland. He has graduated and has another year of eligibility without having to sit out a year and he is taking advantage of the same option Russell Wilson had a year ago coming from North Carolina State.
