The Detroit Lions have signed Oklahoma defensive back Sam Proctor and North Carolina A & T wide receiver Wallace Miles to one year contracts. The team announced the moves Tuesday after both undrafted players tried out for the team during last weekend's rookie minicamp. Detroit also put running back Jerome Harrison on the reserve/non football illness list. He had surgery in October for a brain tumor.
