Arkansas athletic director Jeff Long announced Tuesday night he has fired head football coach Bobby Petrino. Despite a 21-5 record the past two seasons, the 51-year old Petrino was accused of being deceptive to university officials investigating a motorcycle accident Petrino was involved in last week involving a 25-year old female employee. Arkansas is in the midst of spring practice and no replacement has been named.
