Locks of Love

Quinn Staten is only 7 years old. But at such a young age, he's already showing signs of great caring and compassion. And he's teaching those admirable characteristics to other.

After letting his hair grow for a year, Quinn had it all cut off and donated it to Locks of Love, an organization that collects human hair then weaves it into wigs. They are then donated to young cancer patients who have lost their hair during treatments.

Quinn did it for 12-year-old Paige Duren. The Spartan football team has forged a special bond with the young Okemos girl as she fights brain cancer. From that bond, Quin and Paige developed a strong friendship.

Quinn hope his act of kindness and compassion will convince someone to do something nice for someone else.
