Saturday's game at Comerica Park felt more like the Home Run Derby then it did game two of the season.
The Tigers, coming off an impressive opening day victory over Boston, came out hot on Saturday. Miguel Cabrera belted a two-run home run in the first inning and that would prove to be all the insurance Detroit needed.
Thanks to a pair of homers by newly-acquired Prince Fielder and a home run by Alex Avila, the Tigers were able to blow past Boston 10-0 on Saturday.
