The Michigan State University Spartans have been named a No. 1 seed for the upcoming NCAA basketball tournament.
That selection came directly after the Green and White upended the Ohio State Buckeyes 68-64 in the Big Ten title game in Indianapolis.
Kentucky, Syracuse and North Carolina are the other No. 1 seeds.
