Penn State's new football coach Bill Bradley on Friday announced his starting quarterback to begin the 2012 season. It's Matt McGloin who has ten starts over the past two years but has taken the majority of snaps in that time. Paul Jones, academically ineligible the past two seasons is listed number two on the depth chart. McGloin, according to Bradley, did the best in spring practice.
